hi, can anyone tell me the best place to look for info on fast pass+

I understand a little bit about it like I can start booking my fast pass + 180 days before my holiday and I can book 3 per day. once at the parks and I have used all 3 FP for that day I can get more one at a time by going to a kiosk or CM.

things I don't know are how to make fast passes, do I phone Disney like I would when making a dining reservation?

is my fast pass put directly onto the band before they are sent or do I need to do that ? if so how,?

how do I know what I booked for each day do Disney send me a record of my choices? or do I just write it down as I book them? and if I change my mind how do I cancel it or make alterations?

what happens if I loose my band ?

you can see why I need help I'm a total FP + ignoramus

FP+ selections are made using the My Disney Experience (MDE/MDX) website or one of the MDE/MDX mobile apps (Apple and select Android Devices). You can also make dining reservations on-line using MDE.

Hi Congrats on your upcoming trip to the World

FP+ starts 30 days not 180 days. The 180 days is for your Advance Dining REs (ADRs)

You should login in or create a profile at https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/plan/ which is called My Disney Experience
This a great place to start and learn about everything disney and you can even create your own Magic Band color and special name.

your magic band will be linked your accout and that is linked to MDE so everything can/should be done from the downloadable APP or computer

And you need a reservation with tickets, or you need tickets that you can add to MDE if you are staying off site or have a room only reservation.
