We have never gotten the Express tickets; if you are not staying on property and want to by the one that is between $19.99 and $59.99, does it only allow you ONE time on each ride, per ticket? Is that correct? Sorry if this is a stupid question, just a little confused about the Express passes.

Yes, that is true.

The difference between the onsite express pass and the one you buy is that the onsite one is unlimited and the purchased one limits you to one ride per ride.

There are no times. There is one pass and you can go whenever you want. It is scanned by a hand held scanner each time it is used.
