Fast Pass + window not opening at 12am?

Sorry if the answer to this is question is an obvious one! Tonight at 12AM my fast pass window was supposed to open but it still appears with the lock symbol. When I click on it, it says I can start planning my fast passes for August 12 but I'm not led anywhere. Please advise

I am up to book FP+ as well and it's not letting me. My check in is Aug 12. I am staying at resort (SSR) and have AP...all linked. Did online check in too. I am so ticked.

I'm from the UK and today is my 60 days for checking in and booking FP+. I am up at 5am to book and it's not working for me - I have a padlock

It does let me check in on-line but I am staying at SSR and it's giving me the choice of Cabanas or Rancho areas????? I did originally book Coronado Springs but changed September. You can tell it's friday 13th

I am so glad I checked here. I was ready to throw some thing, trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. It shows my reservations, it shows 60 days until my trip, it won't even let me book a FP+ for today! and also says I can't book until August 12. This is another reason that it's the last WDW trip I have planned for the foreseeable future. It's just not worth this stress.
