fast pass tiers removed?

My cousin called because she is making her fast passes and she mentioned that there did not appear to be any more tiers and she booked her three for Magic Kingdom. When did they remove the tiers?

MK doesn't have tiers. I assume because there are so many attractions and most of them have FP+.

Only DHS and EP are tiered.

Magic Kingdom has never had tiers. They have actually added tiers to Animal Kingdom so MK is the only park left with out them.
