I am finding out today that what I have "feared" about this decide what you want to do 60 days out is going to happen. I hit the 60 day mark today and got up early(1:00 am) to make our selections and there were already several rides that had no fast passes left for the week we are there.... Oh well we will get what we can and wait in line for anything we really want to do.... We really prefer to "wing" it when we go but guess those days are over.... We will still have a good time even if we do not get to go on what we want

Multiple things had no FP? Very sorry to hear that & hope you are able to pick them up. What were you unable to get? I hadn't heard that there were things besides Mine Train, Anna/Elsa and fireworks that "sell out" that fast.

Gee, I went on at 8am today and got A&E and 7DMT for the fifth day into our trip. Nothing was blacked out. Just good luck I guess.

Definitely keep looking. I had the same situation. Although the parades/fireworks never opened up, I was able to get 7DMT and A&E after my window opened. You may have to be bit flexible with your times, and if you have ADRs you may have to choose between your FP+ and the ADR...all depends on what's more important to you.

Edited to add: Search for 1 FP at a time using the app. I was able to get 8 7DMT fast passes (for our party of 8) by booking one at a time in overlapping time frames and it didn't take me too long to get everyone lined up. I've found getting A&E quite a bit harder.

I will say I think it's absolutely ludicrous that when you log in to book your FP+ at Day 60, the popular ones at MK are gone for the first 5 days of your trip. This seems to be a pattern. Happened to me too, and it really sucks because we can usually only do 5 day trips on our budget. So unless I stalk MDE like a madwoman, we won't get them at all. Kind of takes the fun out of it for me.

Was finally able to get most by moving days around. Had planned MK for day 2 and had to move to day 4 to get fp
