Quick question about FP return times: I am currently tweaking our touring plans for our next visit. I noticed that the Touring Plan computer sometimes gives me ride times that are just after the FP window closes and still uses FP return wait times for those. Is there a general policy of an after window 15 mins grace period, or would be missing the window by a few minutes mean risking wasting the fast pass and being let onto the FP line or not be depending on the individual cast member's interpretation? I remember that, when DLand/CA had just started enforcing the 1-hour window, there were occasional reports of some people being turned away by super-strict cast members within those 15 minutes after their window, that's why I'm wondering... Anybody know? TIA!!

As far as I know, there is no official grace period and it is still up to the individual CM to grant exceptions to the rule or not. So by not staying within your FP return time window, you would be risking wasting the FP and not being allowed into the FP line. Obviously, there are emergencies and other circumstances, so, as previously stated, it is up to the CM to make the call at those times.

There is no grace period. Some people have reported being allowed to use FP a few minutes late. By a few minutes it's been more like 5, not 15. Others have reported being turned away within a few minutes of the expiration. Again, 5 minutes or fewer. Plan on being there a few minutes early to make sure you get to the CM checking FPs in time.
