Flight of passage/ Navi river/ Everest at AK
Slinky Dog/Tower of Terror/Rockin Roller coaster at HS
Seven Dwarfs/ Peter Pan (yup still really popular) Splash/ Big Thunder at MK
Frozen/soarin/test Track at Epcot
However you’ll only get to pick one at a time of those as they are all tier one rides.
Those rides all post consistently the longest wait times in all four parks. Apart from Peter Pan it’s not a tier 1.

The current fad is to book Slinky Dog Dash at Hollywood Studios, Frozen Ever After at Epcot, FLight of Passage at Animal Kingdom, and (your choice of three) 7 Dwarfes Mine Train, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Peter Pan, Big THunder at Magic Kingdom.

Hottest second choices, if the first choice is unavaiable at the desired times or at all, or if you got motion sickness on the ride in question before, are: the others mentioned in the preceding replies.
