Fast pass question

From what i understand if you park hop you can set up your 3 fast passes for one park in the morning and then when you visit a second park (lets just say in the afternoon or evening) you can get 1 fast pass at a time (if they are available) at another park? OR at the same park that you were at in the morning. My question is, do you have to do this at a kiosk in the park or can you do it from your phone? Also does anyone know where these kiosks are located in each park? Lastly, do you have to go to the kiosks to get each fast pass each time?? And does each member of your party need to go? thanks so much!

Yes you can get more FPs at the same park or another. You must do them one at a time after the initial 3 at a kiosk. Only one person must go to the kiosk.
