Fast pass plus without magic band help

Off site guest. So my tickets will know my times??

Can another person use another's fast pass? My daughter is 3 and won't ride many of the options. Sometimes hard to find 3 fast pass plus for her. If I link her ticket to a reservation for test track or something can her older brother use it? Does the system know specifically who it is linked for? My 84 year old dad will be along. He does not ride much either. Can his fp ressie be used by my son for another go on test track or splash mountain, for instance?

Thanks. My 84 year old father is wheelchair bound and is not riding much, so if his ticket can be used to get my son another FP plus on a ride it would be awesome.
