:hourglass :hourglass Is it true you can only get one fp at a time?? So if it says come back in 1 1/2 hours then you can't get another one until after that time? My friend said it was very inconvenient to fp because you have to walk al the way there then come back again in an hour where you might be waiting in line for something else!!! Seems like a lot of back and forth to me?!? :confused3

::MickeyMo Nah. We really love FP, but that is the way it works. It's either about two hours after you receive the first one, or after you use the first one. Sometimes, depending on the time of day and the business of the attraction, it may only be 30 minutes of time difference. We've had that happen a couple of time. ::MinnieMo

We just returned from WDW yesterday. We got a FP at Pooh ride at 11:30 and it stated we could ride between 12:00 and 1:00. It also stated we could get an additional FP at 12:10. So at exactly 12:10 we got a Peter Pan FP, so we had 2 FP's at once. We then timed it so that we could go on Pooh and then directly afterward go on Peter Pan. It worked very well.

Be careful to check the return time before you get the Fast Pass! On some of the more popular rides, such as Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh and Test Track, the return might be many (4-5)hours later. Then you get stuck for a few hours before you can get another one :(

You can't get another FP until after the time stated on the ones you have has started (if your FP says 1215-115, you can usually get another at about 1225).

I think they are great, my wife and I use them all the time, especially for the ToT and RnR at MGM. It makes your life a lot easier, you wait in half the lines.

Actually, you can get another one about 2 hours after you get the first one, regardless of what your return time is. The time you can get a new FP is clearly stamped on the FP itself, as well as your return time for the ride/attraction you get them for.

This past July, we were at DL, and we all entered together first thing in the morning, then my DH and 2 DS went off to look at fancy car places. My DD and I spent the day shopping, enjoying some rides both at CA and DL (so totally easy to park hop in California, the parks are literally across the plaza from each other!), and collecting FP at DL for us all, and by the time the boys got back, we had FP for FIVE RIDES EACH. We spent the last 2 hours the parks were open going from ride to ride. It was sweet!

Yes, it can be a bit of running around to get your FPs.

So - make one person in your party in charge of the whole FP thing. That person holds everyone's park ticket (needed to get the FP), and runs ahead to whatever attraction to get the FPs. It is much easier and faster for one person to shoot across the park, and then meet back up with he group!

I am our FP person, and go for FPs while everyone else is sitting for a break, walking to a new area, waiting for food, hitting the restrooms, on line for Dumbo, or in a store. I also enjoy having a few minutes by myself to check out the shops and pin carts along the way (shhh...don't tell DH)!

You MUST remember to check the return time BEFORE you get the FP, and decide if it is worth the wait. However, if you do make a mistake, talk to the attraction CM that is right there and they can usually fix it or undo the FP. Sometimes your park ticket becomes demagnetized or bent and does not work. Ask the CM for help. They may tell you to go to guest services to get replacement tickets that work (yet another haul across the park)!

Even with the running and the glitches, FP really works well!
