Where is the viewing area for the fantasy parade at MK? Do you have to get there early to 'hey a good spot'. We did the FP because we have had several trips this year and I want to see that parade with my 1 year old in a good spot. Please share the details please.

The FP+ area is a quarter-moon shaped section at the back of the Hub. We had a FP+ for it two weeks ago and showed up 5 minutes ahead of time. The viewing area was uncrowded and curb space was still available (the most crowded it got was the curb + one row of people standing).. excellent views!

I would love to hear your answer to this as well once you attempt it! We are travelling in September and I didn't know that was an option!

We had a FP for it on 5/16. We arrived at 2:45 and the curb space was already taken. It ended up 3 people deep that day (could be because the parade was rained out the day before).

We had a FP for the parade on 5/13. We arrived at 2:45 and had a great spot right up front for the parade. We were so close that Elsa pointed out my oldest DD's shirt when they were going by us. My daughter was tickled pink. :cloud9:

Good to know you can get a parade fastpass. We typically don't do parades purely because I'm not going to wait an hour beforehand for a seat. Maybe we will actually see one this time.

Over our trip last week, we saw this parade 3 times. None of them planned. We were able to get an easy view everytime in 3 different locations, so I wouldn't waste a FP on it. First time saw it right in front of the train station at the entrance (great view!), second time we saw it right at the beginning of the parade route in Frontierland (okay view) and 3rd time again in Frontierland close to the Diamond Horsehoe area (again a good view).

Well there is one pass available for Saturday. :) I just ditched mine. With the real feel of 102 we will not be staying in the afternoon. I'll be back in October and will catch it then.
