Fast pass for first timers

First time going to DW! My kids are 8 and 12 years old boys. What would you suggest for fast pass in each park?

That's kind of subjective as everyone's touring style is different. But here's what I'd do:

Have your FPs for early, say 9:30-10:30, 10:30-11:30 and 11:30-12:30. That way, you'll use up your first three earlier in the day and you'll have more to chose from once you're eligible for a fourth, fifth and so on.

Go right to Splash and Big Thunder at rope drop.

FPs- Everest;Kali; Safari
Go right to Dinosaur at rope drop. You can even stroll in a few mins after opening.

DHS
FPs- Rockin' RC; Tower; Star Tours.
Go right to Toy Story at rope drop.

Epcot:
Depends when you go. Will Soarin' be back open? Will Frozen be debuted by then?

We love Peter Pan and the line is always long. Also Buzz Lightyear! The Haunted Mansion is my favorite.

My kids don't really like thrill rides. But Space Mountain and Splash Mountain are must see.

My older two are 9 and 11 and we FP Space Mountain, Seven Mine Train and Peter Pan (we got a 4th for Haunted, 5th for Pirates of the Carribean and 6th for Jungle Cruise).

I would suggest getting there at opening (9am) and walking on Barnstormer and Its a Small World (we did Its a Small World first and then the kids did Barnstormer 5 times in a row before 10am. There was no wait). Our first FP was for 7Mine at 10am, 2nd FP at 10:45 for Peter Pan and 3rd at 11:45 for Space Mountain. Then we added other FPss from the app

HS: FP Rocking Roller Coaster and Starwars. We watched Indiana Jones without a FP and met Chewie and Kylo Ren, etc.
