Are You Able To Get A Fast Pass Before A Ride Opens, If You Are In The Park For Extra Morning Hours?

If a ride is not open (early), generally its FP machines are NOT operating early either.

EMH's are limited to only certain attractions being open during that first hour.

If an attraction is OPEN and the FP distribution machines are operating, you can get a FP for that ride (can be used later that day).

But again, if an attraction is NOT open during EMH, the FP machines are not likely open for that attraction yet either.

In MK, guests are only allowed into Tomorrowland and Fantasyland during morning EMH, so you can't even "get to" other attraction's FP machines (which would not be open anyway).
