Fast pass for a day

I was watching AMC and a character said "I"m so busy I need a card to get to the front of the line." and I thought wouldn't it be great to have a fast pass in real life, if only for a day. Front of the line access in the supermarket, no waiting in traffic jams, 1st slice of pizza, first one in the shower. How would you use your fast pass?

At the Motor Vehicle Service and at the inspection stations!! (Granted, I only have to go to these places once in a blue moon, but STILL, the lines are endless!!!!!)
