Fast Pass- first day q

Specific q, hoping someone can help. We arrive at Yacht Club very early on our first day bc we'll already be in Orlando. Plan is to check in, walk to Epcot and plan on a break during the day and MK at night. Do we:

A) Book 3 fast passes for am rides, then take the bus to MK in the afternoon after 4 and stop at a kiosk to book 4th fast pass for later in the evening if anything is available?

or

B) Take a gamble since we will be at Epcot at rope drop (hope Test Track line isn't too long that's the main tier 1 ride we want to get on), and then book all 3 fast passes for the afternoon at MK?

Epcot has extra hours in the am so I'm a bit hesitant about crowds at rope drop.

PS- I'm guessing that if you book a 4th fp at Epcot Kiosk, you cannot change it from your phone to a different park?

I would book all FPs at MK and hit rope drop at EP. Will you have another day at EP?

FP strategies are discussed in the Strategies link in my signature. Many other FP FAQs are also answered in surrounding posts. You cannot currently change a 4th FP (or later) to a different park.

FP everything at MK. When we go we usually hop daily and majority of the time we set up FP's for the afternoon park as the lines are much longer then than in the morning.

Set up yours for MK and whatever the wait is at Test Track, just wait. Get there as early as you can and take advantage of the EMH. You might have to wait for Test Track, but it'll be considerably shorter than what you would be waiting at MK if you took away the 3 FP's in the afternoon you can set up.

And yes, we will have more days at epcot to makeup for anything that we may have missed. DS LOVED Innoventions last time and I see that they have cut back that area so hoping that they still have the interactive stuff like Phineus and Ferb b/c we love Epcot!
