Fast pass dilemma

I was able to book fast passes for all but one of my days. I keep getting a message stating that neither my husband or myself are eligible--that we have exceeded the maximum number allowed. When I pull up my itinerary there are no fast passes listed for us on that day.

I called the phone number for help. The cast member said she could help and then we were cut off. When I called back I was told there was a 45 minute wait. Has this happened to anyone else?

This will be our third trip using fast pass. We had no issues with the first two trips. Thanks.
 
Where are you not seeing them? On the site or on the mobile app?

I never see mine in the itinerary unless I add them.
 
I see fast passes for all other days. But when I try to book for the day in question it wont allow me to do it. I will try to call for help early in the morning.
 
If you are using an AP, you have a limit of 7 days; go to the ticket area of MDE, it will tell you how many days you have left if you don't have an AP; make sure that agrees with what it should be
