I was able to book fast passes for all but one of my days. I keep getting a message stating that neither my husband or myself are eligible--that we have exceeded the maximum number allowed. When I pull up my itinerary there are no fast passes listed for us on that day.
I called the phone number for help. The cast member said she could help and then we were cut off. When I called back I was told there was a 45 minute wait. Has this happened to anyone else?
This will be our third trip using fast pass. We had no issues with the first two trips. Thanks.
