Fast Pass Day Tomorrow; Need Advice Please

Tomorrow is the day I will be there September 2-9 and haven't been in 10 years. I know the crowds die down after Labor Day so should I try for SDMT, FOP and slinky dog later in the week to have a better chance? Just not sure how to approach or what to go for first....looking for a good game plan. Thanks!
