Fast pass booking

My friend used his dad's DVC to book the hotel and then a few weeks later booked theme park tickets through his personal MDE. When he looks, it says he can book FP in 30 days instead of 60 days which will be tomorrow 9/13/17. He has tried calling but is told to call back after 9/18 due to Hurricane craziness. What should he do? TIA!

Wait until his window opens tomorrow. The 60-day window doesn't open until 60 days out. There is no problem.

Just checking, but he does have the hotel reservation linked to his MDE?

We are on each other's friends and family list. FROM that I can see where he has hotel and ticket reservations. Is that what you mean

When the 60 day window opens, it will show in MDE.

Everything is as it should be.
He purchased tickets separately so he has a 30 day rolling window.
At 7am eastern on the 60 day mark the 60 day window will open.
