Fast pass / boarding pass questions

So it has been a spell since I have gone to Disney. Like there was no MDE or anything that involved a phone to enjoy the day. So I am travelling with a friend, she is the "plan everything and just tell me how much I owe ya" type. Which I love don't get me wrong. But now I'm thinking about boarding groups and fastpasses on park days and wanting her to be able to help when looking for them.

So she doesn't have a MDE account. If I make one for her do I just add me and all our reservations and tickets to hers as well? Or is there something special I'm to do? I'm a little nervous just of screwing something up. I need me to control lol, but for her to be able to do things as well (when we get there) like the extra fastpass, boarding pass search and access to the memory maker.

You can go into your MDE and link family and friends to the reservation. There are a bunch of threads on here that explain how to do it - the search function is your friend.

Does your friend "get" Disney? If not - I'm wondering if your expectations for this friend should be lowered ha ha. Some people just don't understand Disney - period, and no amount of trying to get them to understand will work ha ha.

I only need her to work a fastpass link and boarding pass part. Everything else she can forget haha. She has as many degrees as me, I'm sure she could figure it out if I told her it was about Star Wars.
