Fast Pass, BLAB and Star Tours Questions

Just finalising my itinerary with Ridemax and have a few questions. If Thunder Mountain RR does have the Fastpasses operating is it connected?

Do both BLAB and Star Tours use guns to hit targets?

BTMRR FP is connected to the system. Star Tours does not use guns, it is a simulator type ride where you just sit there, watch the screen and go with the flow!! Buzz does use lazer guns to hit the targets.
