fast pass at dl and dw?

i dont remember ever PAYING for getting fast passes. i have never been to DW, but i wouldnt think it would be different there. my SIL said when they were there they had to PAY for fast passes, although, they have BAD memories lol so maybe they are mistaken. i was just wondering if you have to pay for them at DW, or even at DL? i dont remember having too but its been a while since using them. thanks

you have never, ever had to pay for fastpasses at DLR or WDW.

She may have been thinking of Universal Studios, which does make you pay for special line cutting privileges. However, Disney parks are the only parks that allow you to use the system for free.

well right, and thats what i thought so i said are you sure disney? and they said, yeah, islands of adventure AND disney. but like i said they have horrible memories, AND, they are NOT disney fans and dont like DW. i urge them to try DL some day though

There are rumors that people may have to start paying for FP at WDW, but I don't know that it's even being seriously considered, and certainly hasn't happened. I know when I was talking about DL a co-worker said you could pay to get in the front of the line at DL, but I know he was thinking of Universal.
