I am able to book fast passes for our group of 10 on Tuesday morning. I have never done this online before and wonder if there are certain passes I should get before others? The tiering sort of messes up plans as my family wants to do the Flight of passage and the river ride at AK and they wanted Soarin and the Frozen ride at Epcot. If I am on at 7:00 ready to go at my 60 day mark, what are my chances of getting some of these more popular rides?

It really seems luck - I got everything I planned at 60 +trip but we didn't want FOP - got Navi River, Frozen etc. We are a group of 6 - others with larger groups have found splitting the groups works best. Good luck with your bookings.

I would try to book FOP first. If you have any flexibility in days I would try to book it for later in your trip.

You may want to break your group up into small groups. Will you have anyone to help you book things?

You won't be able to book more than one tier one per day - I would go for FOP first with a plan to ride the river journey standby or book it for a 2nd AK day if you have one. Then I would book Frozen with the plan to ride standby for Soarin or try to get it as a 4th if you start your Epcot day early enough. Then I would backfill the rest depending on the other preferences your group has and I hope they know how hard these FP+ can be especially FOP although more have been released as of last week.

You may have to go to smaller groups like groups of 5 and spread the time a little, but still be in the same time period to get in at the same time with fastpasses.

I wouldn't count at all to get everything you want first try. You can keep checking each day if you can improve on your fastpasses.

Take advantage of extra magic early entry to get on some of the rides you want to do. Schedule your days that way if you are onsite.
