My DD will be going to UF in the Fall as a grad student. She will be able to get a Florida resident AP.

When I book a DVC stay and buy park tickets for myself, and include my DD on the reservation, can we both book FP 60 days in advance? Or does the resident AP only allow 30 day advanced booking of FP? We would want to be on rides together so wondering if the 60 day booking window applies to all guests regardless of their ticket.

As long as she is listed on the reservation, her AP allows her to the 60 day window.

The only thing different with FL Resident APs would be any blockout dates based on the particular pass purchased. If her pass is blocked out during your trip, you would not be able to make FP+ selections for her.

Last Nov., I could make FPs @ 60 days for family staying off-site but only if someone staying on-site was on the ride with them.

This is correct, per the FP sticky on the Theme Parks board. If you have a resort stay, you can include non-resort guests in your 60-day FP parties as long as each FP party contains at least one resort guest. So, @highlander, you can make FP for yourself and daughter whether she's on your reservation or not.
