I am a newbie to fast pass plus and have not visited Disney in a while. I am reaching out to this board to see if anyone has some advice or can help.

I am going to Magic Kingdom on Tuesday, May 6. I have a family of 3. My wife, 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son. We have fast passes together for the first two events (Winnie the Pooh at 9:05 and Peter Pan at 10:20). The third event is Anna and Elsa. I have a pass for 11:25, My daughter at 11:40, and my wife at 12:35. My wife had one for 11:25 but a technical glitch caused her to loose that spot. (Disney had two accounts for my wife and had to combine the dinner reservations and fast passes. This had her loose her time.) Now our family can not go in at the same time.

I have called Disney 3 times and they can't move my wife's fast pass. I have logged on for the past three days since the glitch but can not find a time that would allow us to go together. No matter what time of attraction I try to change it seems to always give me a later time than my ordinal fast pass.

My question: Can you ask for someone above them? Will that person have the ability to change my wife's time? Do I need to keep checking every 30 minutes with my fingers crossed?

You might need to call and speak with technical support for the mydisneyexperience site. When I linked our tickets, mine and my daughters appeared, but my wifes vanished. Disney was very helpful (I got thru right away to a live person) and it turned out her ticket didn't vanish, but was linked to her own account, which just wasn't setup right for both accounts to view each other. He was able to easily link the accounts, and everything is good.

I would also add be lucky that you got fast passes at all for Anna and Elsa...everytime we check (going in late april) it's said standby only.

It is not a guarantee, but typically they will give you a 15 min grace period at the end of your fp and 5 min before, so if you are there right at 12:30 you should be ok...

This is usually the case. But with all the drama and chaos surrounding waiting for A & E, they might not be so lenient.

Personally I would get on the phone and not take no for an answer. Keep asking for a supervisor and demand they take care of you. You may be on the phone forever, but you should get somewhere. (I got something accomplished using this approach a few months ago.) It's stressful to have to repeat yourself to a dozen CMS, but it's worth a try.

I also have FP+ for A & E for April 20, and when I go into the system (out of sheer curiosity) I sometimes get no other times available, but then sometimes get other times open up. So continuing to try could yield something, too. Good luck!! :thumbsup2

I have (3) A&E FP+ for Tuesday May 6th for 10:55-11:55 That I no longer need I was able to get one for the following Tuesday and that one fits our plans better !! Is there anyway I can give OP this FP+ ?? Or if I release it will he be able to book it ?? I'm a newbie and have no idea lol

Call Disney. They are very helpful. I had clients with messed up FP times today and they fixed it right up.

Thanks Mama Bear. I am not sure that would work. I already have Peter Pan from 10:20-11:20. If I tried that, I would loose my PP passes. It is super nice that you would be willing to do that. I am very appreciative. If anyone knows if she can give them to me, I am all EARS!

I called Disney again as suggested and they still could not help any. They said that my times are close enough together that they MAY let us in at the same time. She said it was going to be up to the Cast Member on Duty. Do you think they would let us all in at 11:40? Does anyone have experience with this and had success?

Just be thankful you have FP for them at all. I have not been able to get FP for them at the 60 day window at all. Just have your wife use your band and go in with your daughter.
