Fast Online ADR HELP!!

So my 90 day window opens Sunday am...or so I thought! We check in Nov28, and when I went online to "practice", I noticed the 27th isn't "highlighted" yet either. So what's the deal? I thought I saw dates open through the 27th earlier tonight, so maybe its a glitch...but I'm worried!

I makeadr Sunday too. The same thing happened to me. All I had to do was clear my cookies and restarted my computer. I was flipping out myself untill I got that fixed. So give that a try and good luck. If you don't know how to clear your cookies send me a pm and I'll try and help.

I thought the same thing. Thankfully they were okay this morning. We got what we wanted including LeCellier for dinner !!! Love this online system.


BTW you can make them starting at 6am

Yup, got everything I wanted...Le Cellier O'hana, and Hoop Dee Doo. I even got everything within 15 min of the times I wanted. Glad to see you made out ok also.

Someone on here recommended this stategy and it worked out great...sign on and sign in with your reservation #, then open a new tab for each restaurant you want to book. At 6am (EST), refresh each tab and your dates open up and you can just book, book, book.

Now that's a good idea! I will be doing that tomorrow morning!

HLAuburn...did you have to clear your cookies? I am having the same problem (the 28th isn't highlighted yet) and I want to make sure I am ready to roll tomorrow morning. So when you went online today at 6 AM EST, it worked just fine? All the dates for your stay were available (90+10)??

This online stuff makes me nervous, but if it works and I don't have to call and sit on hold forever...I will love it!!

I didn't clear my cookies. I shut down last night, and when I logged on this morning at about 4:50 (CST), everything was OK. I pulled up 3 tabs for the most popular restaurants we wanted, signed in, and associated my res #. At exactly 5:00, I refreshed each tab, and my dates magically opened up! It was super easy and it worked out just like its supposed to!

Thanks for the website address. I played with it a little this afternoon. Just one quick question. Our party is for 11, but one of those is a 2 year old in a high chair. It says that online you can only book parties of up to 10. Does that exclude us? I am guessing it does, but does anyone else have any experience with this? Thanks!
