Picabo is their "buffeteria" restaurant at the Dolphin, and I was really pleasantly surprised by my lunch a few years ago. I had the chicken pot pie. It was actually a decent size without feeling like I could share it with a small nation.
Seriously, their specials were huge, enough for a couple people (or one really hearty appetite). I'm not sure if the quality is still high. I'd have to return there again and see if they're still a decent quick option.
