If you're like me, sooner or later you're gonna find yourself in the drive-thru lane of a fast food restaurant! I found an article on the WW site that may be of help when the urge to splurge just can't be beat (or for those "need a quick meal" nights in between a gajillion kid activities). They list point values for several major fast food chains.

A new KFC just opened in my town. I think I'm gonna have to try the Honey BBQ Chicken Sandwich for 6 points! Sounds yummy!

Thanks for the link. I much prefer sit down, but I definately find myself in the drive through quite often. I have a bunch of "favorites" that are WW's friendly for those times when I am in need.

I definately think things are getting better for those of us on WW's and Atkins. Our options are definately growing. Its about time!

Yeah, I find myself in that fast food lane more than I'd like. I' ve been trying to stick with the salad, but its nice to know I have some options should the NEED arise!

Fast food is not a big issue where I live in Italy. We have a McDonald's here, but we very rarely go. I may have gone 3 times all of last year. But we will be moving back to the US later this year, so this is some good information to have. Thanks for sharing the link, I am printing this page as I type.

I usually take one bun/bread off of the sandwich but then don't account for the reduced points. It makes me feel like I am being good.

We eat a lot of Wendy's chili. You could order a kids meal. DD is 2 and I eat some of her fries.........

Wendys & McDonalds have great salads with chicken or the taco salad. I skip the taco chips, eat the sour cream.
