I realize that fast Disney breakfast doesn't exist, however, we are staying @CBR in a couple weeks, and are wondering what our breakfast options may be other than our food court...after 10 days it may get boring. We have FD and have some dinner/lunch ADR's. It seems that every breakfast we have been interested in (and available) is over 1 hour away using Disney Transportation and may reluctantly default to our own resort.

Any thoughts? Not sure if we are closer by bus to some resorts that we are not aware of...btw, we do not require characters

Thanks
David

My preference is Kona Cafe at the Poly. We are generally seated there within 5 minutes of arrival, or immediately. The food is awesome, especially if you try the Tonga Toast. It's also fairly simple. No characters, just food.

Poly character breakfasts are over at 'Ohana. But overall I think the food at character breakfasts is atrocious.

If you can get to MK, the Poly is reachable by boat or monorail from there.

Most breakfast options on property are character breakfasts... you said you don't require characters but do you mind them? Also are you looking at options in parks as well as resort property?

When it comes to breakfast in the parks... I can't live without breakfast at the Crystal Palace at MK. Not only is the food incredible but you get the opportunity to walk down Mainstreet and grab some shots of it and the castle etc. with no one in the park.

When it comes to breakfast at the resorts... we love 'Ohana (at the Poly) and I've heard great things about the breakfast at Spoodles!

Getting to any other resort is going to take some time. You're going to have to go to Downtown Disney or a park and transfer buses. There are no direct resort to resort buses.

Your best bet might be to book one of those breakfasts that you need to travel to, and if you don't think you'll be able to make it an hour or so to the reservation, stop in at the food court and grab a banana or something to hold you over. Either that or take a cab. It'll cost you, but you'll get where you're going a lot faster.

No, we are not bothered by characters, and it seems
the park may be the best option..had a great experience
once @CP, however, we haven't been to Disney in this
century!! So possibly, breakfast IN park is quicker.
Thanks for responses

I can't even begin to tell you what a great experience CP is for breakfast... even in this century! :rotfl: You won't be disappointed if you go for it!
