Hey guys so i went shopping the other day with my friend and she got this really cute skirt from forever 21. She is planning to wear it to school and she asked me what kind of shirt she should wear with it. Normalling im really good with that stuff but i wasnt sure for this one. Its a white skirt that poofs with a flower design at the bottom with pink and cranberry flowers, green and brown leaves and stems, and there might be some orange but i dont remember. sorry i dont have a picture cuz they dont have it on the website.....

p.s. it lands on the waist and its not elastic

I would accent it with a tank top in the same blue color on the skirt. Using the greens and pinks would be too over powering.
