Is anyone having a problem today with their trapped farmers untrapping themselves? I have my farmer blocked in by hay bales to make harvesting and plowing faster. Ever since the upgrades this morning, my farmer keeps freeing himself!

I didn't realize you could trap them and make things go faster. I'll have to try that. You say you just blocked them in with hay bales?

Yeah. It makes things so much easier! I just made a square of haybales all around the farmer. Then, instead of the farmer walking around to plant, harvest, fertilize, harvest trees and animals, etc., he just stays there and everything goes much faster. It's great!

Same problem here. My DD even expanded her area and she's getting out. DD thinks she's jumping over them.

My DH just bought his tractor recently. I know he would love the Mafia themed tractor. Some where deep inside, I know he's kicking himself.

I was reading the Farmville forums and there seem to be a TON of issues since the 24x24 expansion last night.There is now a message on top of the loading page that says they are working on them.

I cannot expand anyway yet though because I don't have enough neighbors ;-(

I was reading the Farmville forums and there seem to be a TON of issues since the 24x24 expansion last night.There is now a message on top of the loading page that says they are working on them.

What kinds of issues are they having? I got mine this morning w/o any problems.

By expanding your farm, the center of your farm has changed. You need to see where your farmer is when you open the program and then move your trapped area to that new center.

So that is why my farmette keeps escaping? I didn't know you had to trap them in the center of the farm!

I was wondering if the free expansions would cause a problem. I've been getting the cow page error message off and on today. Last night I was experiencing serious freeze issues (could be related to my own computer issues). So, for those who signed up to be a 'fan' how long did it take before you got your farm expansion?

Yes, I finally learned that too. It was getting frustrating getting in my own way.

I bought the 20 x 20 upgrade today for $50,000 and nothing happened. I don't even know for sure if the money came out, it said purchase made, but my land is no larger?????

It could be a glitch. When I first bought my tractor it took the money, gave me my tractor and then took it back and gave me my money back. I waited until the next day when crops were done and bought the tractor again. No problem with it since then.

I was a fan a week before they even said to become one and never got the expansion when it became available.

I didn't know the expansions for the fans was free I'm going to have to pay 500k since they didn't give it to me. I clicked on the icon and all that.


ETA: went back and read it. It says ... we’re giving everyone that’s joined the Official FarmVille Fan Page early access to 24x24 Land Expansion!

Ok I no longer feel cheated. LOL
