Hey y'all! I joined the FB Disers page - I'm addicted and have learned a lot skimming through the pages of this thread! I'll happily add any neighbors and harvest when I'm on line and hire my DIS friends to do the same. Two of my addictions coming together....does it get any better?? If the little avitar people looked like Jon and Kate plus 8 I think all of my "guilty pleasures" would be covered!

Thank goodness my crops don't have to be harvested until early Saturday morning. I debated over 1, 2, or 3 day crops last night when I planted.

Wonder what is going on? Hope it isn't big changes to FB. I just got used to how it works.

Was on at 9:30 for a few minutes and it worked fine. Got offline. Saw my parents off and had breakfast, now its no go

Does anyone know if they are still not having crops go to waste? I have several neighbors that don't play and have had the same crops ready for weeks-- some even have grapes still ready.

i popped on this morning to see if stuff was ready yet. but i didn't have time to hire a harvester. came back a few minutes ago and can't get in.

I have 1 day stuff ready - i need to get it picked before I go to bed tonight. The pineapples will hold another day or so. guess i try back later.

Ok no trouble getting into FT. BUT I would say skip any requests you have pending on your FB homepage for now. Had to reload once with that and hten got out of them. Also I would send FT gifts later and just hit play. I had to reload it once there too but I'm on my farm

I read on the Slashkey boards that the timer is still shut off for rotting crops. I guess they are leaving it that way until all the kinks get worked out. How true that is tho, I do not know.

I finally did get on, hired like 6 people to harvest and plow super quick, fought off about 12 XLINK errors, and got my crops taken care of.

Twitter is having major problems today and it appears as though FB is having a serious slow down as well. There is another thread about this as well as many stories on the news. I have crops probably going to waste as well. This slow down might just help me break my Farmtown addiction

Something strange just happened...was someone "playing" with my character?

I was hired to harvest...along with four or five others...and I was going from plot to plot making money. Then...my character takes off on his own and walks all around the farm and then back to where I was before. I had no control of the character. Then...my character seemed to slow down while I was harvesting.

Was someone doing something to my character or am I just nuts? That was the first time I was hired so I didn't know what was supposed to happen.

lol, it's a weird glitch. Sometimes the game makes you walk all the way around the farm for no apparent reason. I do it all the time - looking like a dork.
