fare change w/travelocity

if i purchased my DEC plane tickets on American & United with travelocity and the fares go down can i be refunded
if so who do i contact travelocity or the airlines?

Contact Travelocity. I wish you luck. This is one of the big disadvatages of using one of the online TAs. They are not good about giving these credits.
