Just found this site and thought it would be helpfull for people trying to get to Waterloo (for the eurostar) on a budget. You can get from Bristol, Exeter, Plymoth, Portsmouth, Penzance, Yeovil, Bath, Salisbury or Weymouth to Waterloo from £2 return! (often it's nearer to £10)!

I've never used the service myself (it's relatively new) but I have used their busses and have found them to be a great cheap alternative to getting to London.
