FantasyWorld Resort or Marriott Sabal Palms?

We are going to Disney with 3 kids:14, 12, and 9. We also like to enjoy some time at our resort. We are looking at Fantasy World Resort or Marriott Sabal Palms because of the use of the waterslides. The reviews of the rooms seem comparable, but which has the best water features?
