Not really...of course, everything depends on what time of the year you are going and crowd level. The only time we have seen the Fantasyland practically empty was at 1 am during magic hours. Having said that we just returned from a trip and the parks had low crowds, Fantasyland was never so busy that there was a significant wait for anything. We walked right on everything but Peter Pan, including Enchanted Tales with Belle...that was on both days that we visited. We were never once at rope drop and started in Tomorrowland so it was late morning to early afternoon. Most people do not clear out of the parks until after the fireworks so Fantasyland is still pretty steady until after Wishes...that's when most folks leave.
