Fantasyland during Christmas week

We're planning to be at MK the Tuesday of Christmas week. We're hoping the opening time changes to 8 am with morning EMH so that we can be there at 7 am (that's what happened last year). If that happens, we'll head straight to Fantasyland when the park opens at 7. We will not have any FPs for Fantasyland attractions. Are we better off doing the 90 second rides (Pan and Pooh) first and then the Mine Train, or reversing that?

I think I would do Mine Train first. It's also a very short ride. Then I would head to Pan.
Choose Mine Train or Peter Pan before Pooh though.

We are going Monday of Christmas week. We also plan to be there at rope drop and hope for 7am start. I was going to do Mine Train first and then Peter Pan. However we have a FP+ for 7DMT for later in the week so I am thinking Peter Pan first and then the rest of FantasyLand.
