What is going on with the lights on the pool deck? It looks like they're running some tests. But what stands out in particular is the set of several circular rotating lights. At first I thought they were on the AquaDuck, but the angle and placement doesn't seem quite right for that (but it could be an illusion). I don't remember them flashing/rotating like that before.
