She's scheduled to start her entry into port at around 5:15PM, which would make her coming in right as the Dream is leaving the channel.

It's possible, I could also see it as an opportunity for DCL to have some photographers on the Dream to get some new photos of the fantasy out on the water as they pass by each other.

She was moving when you posted, but as of now she is stopped.

Dream and Fantasy are heading for each other on the Port Canaveral webcam map. It looks like the same pilot boat that brought the Dream out is going to bring the Fantasy in.
