Fantasy

Now there is an announcement that they moved the float out to 12:30 pm.

Ok on the MeyerWerft main page, www.meyerwerft.com it says 12, but on the index_e.html link, it says 1230. It took the Dream roughly 1/2 hour to completely CLEAR the building. The original time was scheduled for 11 Local time (5am Eastern time) so this is only bumping it by an hour to an hour and a half

now it says 12:00 on the webcam link too. Maybe the weather is causing some issues, although it doesn't actually look that bad to me.

It actually looks like the rain has slowed or stopped. When I first started watchcing, the raindrops were actually obscuring the lens. maybe they have a weather radar image showing the rain moving quickly?

It seems fitting watching the sister ship come home while waiting for the float out

Does anyone else feel the crane may need to swing to the right some to make room for the ship to pull out?
Have you noticed how the crane is against the building. I wonder due to the wind, they positioned it like that to help support it perhaps. At one point I could see the ball/s on the crane swinging in the wind. :confused3

The crane only appears to be up against the building. I dont think it would be in the way where it is positioned for the Fantasy to come out. As for assiting, what would it assist WITH? Having a crane attached to the ship in any way could cause more harm than good. The Dream float out was two or three tugs (dont remember for sure) and did just fine with that,

On the right side of the MW live image, is the NDR live stream link, which shows an error when I click it, i wonder if THAT will be the link to the camera "on the ground" facing the huge doors?

I'm looking at the view for Port Canaveral webcam and don't see the Dream... :confused3

MTMomma, I go that error too.
