Fantasy Stateroom 8508?

We will be on the Fantasy next week in room 8508 which is very much "forward". I'm sure we'll feel the movement much more than midship. Has anyone stayed in this room or on another deck that was in the front of the ship? We've been on several cruises but never this far forward. We've also never cruised in January before. All our other cruises were June, July and December. Wondering if the seas are choppier in the winter months?

We were in 8512 on the Fantasy in June. We loved that room and the location! We have booked the same cabin for our Fantasy cruise in 2014! It was easy to access the spa (husband and I would use those showers and leave the cabin one for the kids! ), the BEST laundry room on the ship is one deck up and you can see the Bridge from the windows. We did not feel any major movement and actually all of our cruises we have been forward. The rooms were quiet and not a lot of passerby traffic.
We loved the location!
