Hi there! You will have a blast! I have a daughter who will be 13 (a week from 14) and a daughter who is 9 on the cruise. I also will have a 16 yr old son.
There isn't an FE started on this meet thread, yet but plenty of time left so maybe one will be started soon.

Thanks so much for your reply!! Maybe the girls can communicate a little prior to sail to get to know each other!! We're on deck 11!!

Is anyone stopping in Disney before the cruise? My husband, daughter and I are staying two days in Disney before we take off. Beyond excited!September can't get here fast enough!

We are travelling from the UK so will have one jet lag day , one full day in Disney then the cruise ..... the lucky bride and groom then go back to Disney after the cruise and finish off with 3 days in New York

Hello All,

I know it's a little bit early for this but, My daughter who is 11 and will be almost 12 at the time of sailing is looking to touch base with any other girl here age that will be hanging out at the Edge. She said she would be interested in emailing, texting, or facetiming to get to know someone to make the cruise an even better time. PM me so we can exchange info.

For those who are new with only a few posts, you will not be able to use the PM system until you reach 10 posts. You might go to the DIS Technical Support/Test board where you can quickly and easily post some one word (or one letter) posts to get your count up to 10.

Once you are able to use the PM (Conversation) system, you will see your "Inbox" at the upper right near your username. You can find messages there are respond or click on the username of another poster and then select "Start a conversation". Actually, this system offers a great way for the entire FE list to communicate privately, as no one else will have access to those "conversations".

Email, phone numbers, home address, bank account #'s and SS#s are not really necessary to conduct a FE group where the only things needed are the stateroom # (so others will know where to leave FE gifts) and the number of participants staying in that cabin. First names, ages/gender of children, allergies and any other similar information is up to you. Some of those items may be useful to personalize gifts, but anyone uncomfortable providing such info can certainly still participate.

For those who are planning on flying Southwest for the cruise, the schedules through October 30 opened yesterday. We booked our non-stops to Orlando for this cruise yesterday evening for cheaper than we ever have in the last few years. I fly SWA almost weekly for work and found them to be like Disney Cruise in the fact that prices are cheaper the earlier you book. A lot of other airlines have a sweet spot a few months before departure but it may be worth checking out if you can book now.

Thanks for this, I had been watching Southwest for awhile, but haven't checked for a few days. Just booked our round trip, non stops. One more thing off of our to do list.
