Can't believe we will be sailing on Saturday!!!

Does anyone know if our sailing is sold out/full?

It has taken a while but the ship seems to be filling up. The only rooms still available thru Disney are verandahs. It may not be sold out but I think it will be full.

I am officially on VACATION!!!! Started packing last night, will continue in a few moments.

Earlydawn - I have used the laundry service for pressing. As soon as I unpack our bags I send DH's dress shirts and suit for pressing. We have them back the next day. Pressing is half the cleaning price. I do not iron. I will use the self service laundry on the ship. I find it's much easier to do that then to pack more clothes.

We are on the road, in Perry Georgia and planning to drive the rest of the way to Diney tonight. Just made reservations to stay at Saratoga, we should get in around 12:30 tonight. Safe travels to all.

Only 3 more days til we fly out to Florida! Jealous of those who are already in vacation mode. Hope everyone has safe travels. I'm sooooo ready for vacation!

We leave in 5 hours...two long days of driving. Can't wait! Kids are super excited! ( okay...so are the parents ). See you all Saturday... Safe travels....

Happy travels! We made it to Columbia today..... A very long day.....but a fairly easy drive....we arrive tomorrow..and plan on spending Friday at the Kennedy space centre......

I am impressed by all the people driving. After it took over 7 hours to get to New York (should have taken 4.5) I don't think my husband will ever drive anywhere again that we could just as easily fly to.

Thanks! We may check them out. Our day at KSC is usually pretty full...as my kids like to visit and see everything!

It's a lot cheaper than flying a family of 4 from Toronto......and stiff back withstanding, not so bad .

Yes it is as far as I know.

So in spite of weighing my luggage we were still 2 pounds over. Someone's scale is not accurate. At least packing cubes came in handy and we just pulled it out to use as a carry on. Now we just need our flight so we can get going
