Thanks link for the packing advice. I just wish I could take more than 1 bag each!!! It is killing me!!! Also, is their a final FE list with all the new cabins? I am sure I have missed it somewhere. I can go through and add the room numbers to the original list but wanted to see if you had already done it (plus I am lazy...:rotfl2:)

I will post the list later today or tomorrow so you don't have to figure it out. Just remember that you do not need much in the way of clothes for sea days as you spend most of it by the pool. A nice cover up tends to be sufficient for walking around the ship. I also have my kids ( if they wear t shirts to dinner) wear them again the next day when they are hanging around.

Thanks for correcting! Do we have a place and time to meet yet?

Hi everyone...
I can't believe I'm just discovering this thread now. I'll be on this cruise too with DS12 and DD10. Is it possible that I could tag along to your meet? I'm kind of interested in going to Europa, but I'm not traveling with anyone over 21. If so, how do I find out where you're meeting and when?

Cathy
PS: Also, I feel kinda dumb for asking this question, but what does the first 'D' stand for in DD, DS? (Disney? Darling?). This is my second Disney cruise...I feel like I should know. :confused3

Is the meet up at Vista Cafe a bunch of ppl? The spa raffle sounds great me n my DH think we might go to the Spa Raffle at 3pm. Btw my name is Stephanie Rogers Melton. :cheer2:

I believe that's where the suggestion was... 3pm at the Vista Cafe. I think I'd rather be at the spa raffle myself. I'd love to get free or discounted spa services! Plus I don't have kids that need to meet others their age at the meet-up, so the spa is sounding better and better.

It is used on most cruise message boards and usually means "darling" or "dear". Of course this entirely depends on the mood that you are in as that D could stand for something else:rolleyes1
Don't feel dumb for not knowing, I didn't know what it meant until last year when I went on my first cruise.

I won a facial & couples time @ the Spa on our first Disney cruise. I've really been wanting to go back on this one, but I didn't find anything that really jumped out at me (particularly for the price)! I really enjoyed the rainforest room last time, and I think it's a really special experience to get to go.

I've been looking over the Navigators for the 7 night Eastern Caribbean, and I think I'm going to wait and catch one of the daily specials! Has anyone ever done these before?

Here is that link if you want to check out the navigators.

So far they haven't posted any from the Fantasy- they have all been from the Dream. Still, I think the services will be comparable.

I liked the sound of these:

Spa Topia (Sea Day 4-9pm):goodvibes
75 minutes for $135
Enjoy full body exfoliation with hot stone back massage, foot and ankle massage and booster hydrating facial.

Spa Taster Special (St. Thomas Day)
Choose from collegen eye treatment, European Facial, neck and shoulder massage, foot and ankle massage, and many more. 3/$99, 5/$119, 8/$139

What do you guys think? Spa?

Hey Ashley, you should check out the spa raffle with me on the first day of cruise. We'll have to check our navigator when we get on-board but I think it will be at 3 or 5 at Senses Spa. You get free or discounted spa services like massages, facials, manicures, etc. :cool1:

We aren't traveling with our kids either. So we are hoping to meet other couples on the cruise. We hope to see you n your DH at the spa. :cheer2:

Oh cool. We are hoping for that too. Maybe we'll be dinner mates!? :cool1: We have the 2nd seating for dinner. I'm looking forward to trying some of the libation tastings while on-board :goodvibes. My name is Erika, btw.

Who would have ever thought that we'd need to go to Florida in July to escape the Wisconsin summer! It was 104 here today and 82 at Port Canaveral.:confused3

Hi Cathy,

Welcome :). We are traveling with DD9 almost 10...... And I am sure she would love to meet your daughter. There are a number of 9 yr old girls on the cruise......

I think we're meeting at the Vista Cafe @3:00pm on the Saturday......although there seems to be an adult group heading to the spa for the spa raffle......

1 week til we arrive in Florida :). Can't wait!

We have second seating also. How do I find out what dinning rotation we have or what restaurant to start at? :cheer2:

Just over a week till we board the ship!

You will get a card in your stateroom with the information on it. I do not think you can find out in advance.

The dining rotation is usually printed on your key to the world card. So when you check in look at your card.

We also have second dinner seating....we usually give the kids a snack before the show and then they come eat with us at dinner.....otherwise they are too tired to Enjoy
the shows....they often eat quickly and then head to the kids club :)

Where will you be eating breakfast a week from today? Royal Palace or Cabanas?

Might sound like another silly question but...Do kids go outside to pool areas or anywhere outside for that matter, while they are in the clubs? Wondering if they need to be sent with a bag with sun lotion, etc... If not, I'm hearing so much about how they don't want to leave the clubs once they get there, when do they have time to go swimming/do the aqua duck?:beach:
