Did you notice if there were different lines for U.S. citizens and those who were not citizens? I wondered if there were two lines and one was longer than the other.

No. Just two customs agents working, but no separation by citizenship. As we were at the front of the line about 9:45 a.m., a third customs agent scanned in.

we just got off the Dream yesterday, I agree that there were fewer customs agents than normal, maybe only 3 or 4 lanes open. It didn't matter because there were no lines when we got off (between 8:30 and 9:00). The luggage area seemed to be less crowded as well. It is funny because I didn't notice that many fewer passengers on the ship during the cruise.
