Fantasy, December 6, 2014 - Who is going to fill this Big Ship? Step on up!

Booked this cruise while spending Spring Break on the Wonder. The 1st day will be my older son's 8th birthday. My baby will finally be 3 and out of the nursery. Excited! See you all there.

Julie (middle one) ended up picking the TA cruise to Barcelona on the Magic. Then she wanted to go back to Disneyland Paris (because "it's just right there mom")

If you are taking this the summer of 2014, please tell me how it goes. DH cannot take two weeks in a row off until 2015. I want to either do this cruise with Disneyland Paris or go to Shanghai for the new Disneyland and see the one in Hong Kong too.

I am Dustin and will be joining y'all on this cruise! A buddy of mine, Phil, has decided to join us as well! We booked today! At the time of the cruise I will be 25 and Phil will be 27. We are both from Ohio!

This will be our second cruise and second time on the fantasy! The Fantasy is AMAZING!

Very cool! My friend Beth has decided to join me on this cruise too! We upgraded to a category 5e on deck 6 with an oversized veranda! I am so excited!

There are a whole bunch of us "solo" moms on this cruise. I love DLP, although if you go comparing it will be awful. Go in the mindset that it is a completely different Disney experience and you will love it.

Julie (middle) wants to head to Thailand in 2016, so I will do that with her and then head to Shanghai. This summer I am doing Hong Kong and Tokyo, so I will be able to give you some information about the different ones when I get back

I live near New Lexington and Phil is near Zanesville.... both are about an hour east of Columbus!

DH would never let me go solo. He enjoys our trips far too much. I like your idea of taking separate trips with the kids. When they are older, I would like to give that a try. I love each Disney park for its own charm, so I am sure I will love them all.

I would love to hear about your trips. My MIL told me about the one in Tokyo, and I read a trip report about the one in Hong Kong. I am always down to hear more though.

I started that when they were little taking them each on a Disney trip for even years. It wasn't until 2010, driving back with Julie and she said, "That was the best vacation of my life! Thank you so much. I love my individual trip!!" I think she spoke about it for the longest time. She called family members to tell them all about it.

I started asking the others and they all said while family trips are fun, they much prefer their individual trips. Every kids is so different and sometimes I get so caught up in the day to day running around, or this child takes more of my time and attention than another, it's so nice to just go and laugh and reconnect with them one on one.

I talked to one mom that said all of her kids would want to go on the others trips. No one would like to be left so she couldn't do it. My kids, while they miss me, they know they had their time or will have their time. I think they all realized though, it is easier to be the last kid to go in the year, than the first.

Hi all- I cruised on the Fantasy in February of this yr and booked on board for this Dec 6th 2014 fantasy cruise. I've cruised on the Magic during this same week twice and I loved it! I always fly in on Friday and do the "Mickeys very merry Christmas party" in Disneyworld and cruise the next day. All things Disney at Christmas/holiday time are beautifully decorated and so special. I booked two connected cabins on deck 7 (same cabin as I had in February) mid ship, right by elevators...btw, I didn't hear any noise at all in this cabin and convenient to all. I'll add all cruising with me and their ages at the time do sailing,
