Quick answer = boy (on list of boy's names)

Long answer = I've made a request for children's gender a number of times. I HOPE that those that haven't answered just haven't been to the boards lately and that it isn't something like they have cancelled and not informed us. Better that we have gifts for someone that is no longer cruising than no gift for someone that I missed I suppose.

I chose my Disname based on a character in a favorite book. (oh, I mean the DLF. The "246" is meaningless... just to get the name accepted).

The book was not a Disney book when I chose the name many years ago. But now the character has been in a Disney movie.

Ok,,, any Disney trivia fanatics out there???!!! Who or what character is DLF?

So in 41 days we set sail and its so close yet to me seems so far. Well we got home last night after a day of errands and there was a note from Fedex stating we had a package at the main office of the apartment complex.

Well I thought maybe our documents were sent fedex either by DCL or my Travel Agent. So we run up to the office and imagine our disappointment when it was our Pampered Chef order LOL!

I can't wait to have those documents in hand!

I'm on there, too. I'm donaldsgal7 for other AllEars members. Excited it's up and going! For those of you who may be wondering, there isn't a meeting schedule announced yet. That will be a few days, but we'll keep you posted when we know more!

Does anyone know if the show schedule for the Eastern and Western are the same? If so, we need to change our Remy reservation on board (no other times available when I checked today) because we chose Friday night at 6 PM, which means we'll miss Believe, and I don't want to do that! If the show schedule is different, it might not be an issue. We also picked Palo for 7 PM on Wednesday, which is when Wishes is showing.

Does anyone know the answer to this: if we have a Palo reservation that interferes with the late show, which we're scheduled for, can we go to the early one? If so, we're hoping that we can see the 6:15 show of Wishes on Wednesday (again, provided the show schedule for the Western is the same for the Eastern), sneak out a minute or two early and have one of us take Hannah (my niece) to the club while the other goes to check in at Palo for our 7 PM reservation. I hope that works - I know it's cutting it close! I can't imagine Disney keeping us out of the show if we legitimately have dinner reservations, but I know that when the Dream first sailed, they had multiple show schedules and didn't seem to want people switching between show times (at least until they got the kinks out). We might try once we get on board to move the the Palo reservation to 7:15 or 7:30 if we can. If not, we'll just tell them our predicament and ask them to be understanding if we're a couple of minutes late. It doesn't matter if you're a few minutes late in the parks, but still, I don't want to risk it if this is a time when DCL will be strict with its policies.

Thanks for keeping us updated on the allears group. I wanted to participate but booked w a different agency. Would love if someone would collect some of the swag they'll give away for me. I love that stuff. Probably really the only reason i wanted to be part of it. Lol. I'm jot really a joiner. Anyway I'd love it if someone would if they can. I'm bringing my allears trading cards too in case i can trade w people on board as you get new ones.

Thanks, I think you could do either, or both whichever you prefer. If you rather not have a real first name out there for all to see, use your screen name, if you don't care then have it on there. Its a template and you can modify based on what you prefer.

Since my Screen name is so long, I will put my first name on there instead and then put something like "DIS Member" so I can be noticed as a dis board group member.

On our Dream cruise last year we were able to go either show. We had a "show" time but there wasnt any one checking a ticket or anything. There were matinees for one or two of the shows @ 4:15 I think ( I can check my navigator from last year). We just went to the matinees and still kept our evening plans.

Not a very interesting story for my username. I was really anxious to join the boards that my DH told me about. I tried some of my favorite characters but of course couldn't come up with anything without a bunch of numbers. One of my favorite rides is Pirates of the Carribean, I like the movies too. I exaggerated the r's to get away from numbers and to sound piratey

"Also, please share one thing that no one here on the boards yet knows about you...it could be that you ran a personal best marathon, or got a doctorate that we don't know about."

I studied studio photography, which means I learned a lot on the technical side, not as much on the artistic side. I took a break just short of my associates degree and never finished. I have used a lot of different cameras, including a twin lens reflex which is interesting since the image is upside down and you have to remember to move opposite the way you want to image to move.
I also used a view camera which is the old fashioned camera with the bellows. And that is probably more than you want to know

Ok......so we finally booked our Sea Lion Swim at Coral World!!! Good darn thing too!!!! Got one of the last spots!!! Ordered our get on board/sail away family shirts yesterday too......so much to do and plan.....so little to do and plan!!!
