I don't really know all of the details, since I have never participated and this is my first DCL cruise too. But here's some info that will allow you to search. FE stands for Fish Extender. The DCL ships seem to have fish on the cabin doors. People have taken to decorating the doors by hanging stuff from the fish. The fish extender is specifically kind of like an over-the-door shoe bag with pockets that hangs down/extends from the fish. People started making/buying little trinkets for each other and placing them in the fish extender. You sign up for your cruise, and then everyone on the list gets something for everyone else. The list(s) for this cruise may be closed already, since we're running out of time to get the goodies. Hopefully, someone who participates will have a better explanation.

Great job explaining the FE. This is my second Disney cruise, but first FE. In post 1 there are links to more information. We started our groups months ago, with a limit of 15 cabins per group. Group 1 and 2 are closed, but a third group has been started just a few weeks ago. We also have a FB page but you need to be friended by a member to be added. So if you want to join us list your name and town and myself or Joy will try to find you and friend you.

We fly to Orlando on Monday also. We will be going to WDW on Tuesday, AK on Wednesday, Epcot on Thursday and Friday is a free for all but I will be going back to Epcot!!!

So today is one week to we begin our vacation!!!!! We will be flying out around 1pm on Friday and arriving in Orlando and spending the day in Downtown Disney and meeting up with some friends who are down in Florida!! SO EXCITED

We fly to Orlando on Monday also. We will be going to WDW on Tuesday, AK on Wednesday, Epcot on Thursday and Friday is a free for all but I will be going back to Epcot!!!

Maybe we'll see each other at MCO. We're doing Epcot Tues AM, AK Tues PM, HS Wed AM, Epcot Wed PM, and MK Thurs. We've never been to Kennedy, so we'll do that Friday and possibly Sat morning.

I'm looking forward to meeting everybody on the ship. We are also leaving on Friday morning. I was just looking at the beautiful Fantasy on the Port Canaveral webcam, and I am so thrilled that the next time she leaves port after today, we'll all be on her!

We are leaving Thursday afternoon and staying at one of the family suites at Art of Animation until cruise day! Looking forward to the fun days ahead (and over the packing stress!).
