I just saw it tonight. I thought it sucked. Anyone else seen it yet? Our original choice was Mr. and Mrs. Smith, but for some reason my friend wanted to see Fantastic 4 so we did and it was so cheesy.

I didn't think it was all that impressing. Some of the CGI needed work, and the final fight scene with Dr. Doom wasn't long enough. Also, "What happens to metal when it's rapidly cooled?", isn't going to go down as one of the greatest movie lines ever. In all honesty, the new VR song in it was the best part, even though it only lasted like 5 seconds.

well really I thought it was going to be decent, but it wasn't at all. I totalyl lost interested like 5 minutes into it.

it was..okay. batman was much better.

it had too many corny..sayings.
"susan..lets not fight."
"no..lets."
was one of the worst thankyou.

:rotfl: I know I was all 'MAN I KNOW THEY JUST DIDN'T SAY THAT!' and then my Date and I laughed so hard

The only good line in the movie was when the thing was sitting up on the bridge, and the guy was about to jump, so the thing looks at the guy and goes...."You think you got problems, take a look." :rotfl2:

I think this is one of the movies I feel I have to see no matter how many bad reviews it gets. Then I'll probably add my own bad review for people to ignore...

::yes:: :rotfl:

I guess I'm the only person who liked it then eh?

The CGI didn't need work at all it was all very good. But I do agree the last fight scene with Doom did need to be longer. Also, am I the only one here who thought it wasn't a fair fight? I mean Dr. Doom's a pimp and all but nobody could take all 4 of them at the same time.

i thought the CGI was fine, but the movie still sucked. it was cool how during the last fight scene, they all used their powers together... of course, all the Thing did was hit the fire hydrant... dang! the Thing sure is lazy! :rotfl:

Well the problem I found with the CGI, is with the stretching guy, a lot of times when he stretched, it looked like a cartoon.

Have any of you read the comics? I loved the movie, I thought the character interaction was prefect. Johnny and Ben acted exactly like I thought they would. I do agree the Doom fight scene should have been longer, and he has taken on all FOur of them and put up a better fight then the one in the movie...that is my only complaint. Come on guys you are talking about bad lines, it is a COMIC BOOK based movie, most have some pretty bad lines...

Yeah but, you have to compare this with movies like Spiderman, the Batmans, X-Men. All of those are great movies. I mean, Spiderman could go down as one of the best movies ever. Plus movie lines can make or break a movie. Look at Terminator. Do you really think it would be as good if Arnold said something like..."Hang On, I'll be right back"? A lot more people are going to remember "With great power, comes great resposibility", more than, "You know what happens to metal when it's rapidly cooled?" Common. :rolleyes:

Well with the invisible woman, all they have to do is move the camera, and add some audio.

it seems they spent all their budget on designing and making the Thing suit! :rotfl:
