I may need to move around a dinner reservation. Right now I have the Fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melrose. I am thinking of dropping the package and just doing FP to Fantasmic. Is that a good idea? How are the seats with FP? I would do this on our arrival night.

Dinner package is right on the middle of the arena. FP is off to the side.

I much prefer dinner. No fight for seats. I can go in 30 min before show time and hang out comfortably.

Here is my drama, I need to add in a dinner with ribs and corn bread. I can add in HDDR either on the day I do DHS and drop my Fantasmic package or I can do it the day we go do Discovery Cove. I was doing dinner at Via Napoli after DC just because people say its good. And planning on getting on TT via Fast Pass because we were not in the park at all that day. If I drop my Fantasmic and do HDDR that night then I would FP Fantasmic on arrival night but the schedule is tight and not a lot of time to get there early. ETA at my resort is no later than 6. Staying at an Epcot Resort, I can walk to DHS or Boat or take our rental car. I dont' know what to do.

I've never seen the show and I have been to WDW atleast 300-400 times dating back to being in my mothers womb. So this next trip we are finally seeing it. We had the same delima FP it or do HBD F! package. We chose the package for the great seating and minimal wait. Good luck on your decision.
